About the Author
Author Christopher Van Tilburg started skiing at age seven on Oregon's famed Mount Hood. An emergency and wilderness physician, Van Tilburg works as a mountain doctor at a ski resort. In addition to writing seven books, he serves as editor-in-chief for Wilderness Medicine magazine. A member of Crag Rats Mountain Rescue in Hood River, Oregon, he lives with his wife and two daughters in the Columbia River Gorge area.

Great Childrens story

I love to read stories with my nine year old daughter and I am always looking for new books that we can read together. I am glad I came across this one. We truly enjoyed reading before bed. I cherish these moments with my daughter and we loved this book.

He Loves It!

I bought this book to read to my 3 year old grandson. He and I both are thrilled with this beautiful book. It has wonderful illustrations and it is very easy for him to understand. It opens the door to talk about God and all the wonderful things He has created. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to teach their child about God. It will also serve as a book he can read in just a little while. He is learning the story himself and says, "God made the Grass, Papa Don". When he comes to my house, it's the first book he picks up. We read it together and talk about God.

A great little children's book. Gorgeous illustrations, and a story guaranteed to get your child's imagination running. My grandson LOVED it. There's even sheet music for a sing along, giving you the chance to teach your child a little bit about reading music. Nicely done!!!Thank You, God, For Everything: A Nursery Rhyme Picture Book

Mediocre book

The examples in this book were 'meh' at best, and that's how i learned all of my EE courses. I relied on my professors to give me meaning so I didn't read too many of the passages. I remember they started easy and okay to read but soon became not worth my time.

In the paperback version, this book is very likely to fall apart on you by the time you are finished with a semester. As far as content is concerned, it is a mediocre book with a lot of confusing wording. Some parts of the book make a lot of sense and others just go completely over your head. It often seems somewhat disorganized and poorly written.

A true comprehensive resource

This book is aimed at the practicing groundwater professional or advanced student. It is an excellent reference and review of almost any groundwater topic. Each chapter is written by an expert in the field. Each contains a well-presented discussion of key concepts and equations. The end of the chapter lists a handful of recommended references for further information followed by a comprehensive bibliography. This is your guide to the whole ground water field. If it isn't in here, you can at least find out where to find it.

A very conscientious textbook. The book covers a great deal of information including the occurrence of groundwater, groundwater flow, modeling, testing, geostatistics, solute transport, GIS, and remediation. The subject matter is complemented by tables, data, and graphs. which help explain key concepts and the mathematical equations used. I like to use this in conjunction with Handbook of Hydrology. A very good book for the practising professional.

Yes, it is all true and Clariance Larkin has done a beautiful job with his charts and he uses the Bible referances to write the book. If you are searching for truth in a world of 'Anything Goes' this book is for you. This wonderful little book is backed up all the way with the Bible and only the Bible. I have many of Larkin's other works, and they are all great... soul saving...and life changing!
