I bought this to read to see if it might help two good people who are in conflict. I think this book does a good job of delving into broken marriages and how to stay or go. So Moving!!!

I played Jeff in a production of this play in college. It was amazing. One of the best shows I've ever done. It was not uncommon for all four of us in the cast to leave rehearsal crying. I was so moved that I called my mother after rehearsal one night(who had divorced my father when I was 4), and asked her to come see the show, which was the first time I had talked to her in several months. Susan Zeder is the most incredible children's theatre playwright!

Zeder Challeges the Mind, Touches the Heart

This touching, emotional play is a 50-minute powerhouse tour of what it means to go through a divorce. The play plunges into the mind of an 11-year-old boy facing an all-too-common family crisis. The images are real, and the conclusion is uplifting. I highly recommed this book to any company looking for a challenging theatre for youth production.
